VACANCY
• Human Resource & Corporate Services Officer.
Applications are invited for the vacant post of Human Resource & Corporate Service Officer with the Retirement Fund Board.
Primary Role
The Human Resource & Corporate Service Officer is responsible for providing support with various Human Resource and Corporate Service Functionalities of the Retirement Fund Board.
Responsibilities:
- Provide support to HOD's, Supervisors and Staff to develop the skills and capabilities of staff
- Monitoring Staff performance and Attendance activities
- Management and Monitoring Human Resource Database
- Coordinate Staff recruitment and selection processes to ensure a timely, organized and comprehensive procedures are used to recruit staff
- Provide information and assistance to Staff, HOD's, Supervisors on human resource and work-related issues
- Provide sound advice to HOD's, Supervisors and Staff on people issues
- Ensure effective HR Administration processes
- Ensure compliance with RFB values, Policies, Standards and with all Statutory requirements
- Personnel Records Maintenance
- Payroll and Benefits Administration
- Occupational Risk Management
- Risk & Compliance Management (refer to attached Governance, Compliance & Corporate Management Division Risk Allocation)
- Assist the organization to develop an effective culture that rewards high performance
- Management and Monitoring Staff Uniform requirements and compliance
- Management and Monitoring Fund Vehicles Operations and Maintenance
- Acts as a Team Member, working cooperatively and harmoniously with colleagues and related parties
- Property Management
- Any other duties required by the Retirement Fund Board.
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or higher qualifications and/or relevant working experience will be advantageous.
- Computer literate, able to work with Microsoft Applications such as MS Words and MS Excel.
Remuneration
The salary scale for the position is Level 5 of the Retirement Fund Board salary structure.
