NZ steps up travel warnings over Tonga's MA60 safety

Why is government reluctant to seek international certification of the plane?
Can Matangi Tonga and Media Groups in Tonga press the Government regarding the safety issue of this plane. Issues like - Why is government reluctant to seek international certification of the plane? I have heard that all employees in the plane are insured, what of passengers? Will government or REAL Tonga insure all passengers against potential risks? Why is government so adamant at refusing seeking international certification? Should the plane go into a terrible accident as forewarned by the NZ govt, who will be responsible for the passengers lives, REAL Tonga or Tongan Government?
Please initiate this discussion for all of us as Govt should be forthright about this issue.
