Position Minimum Requirements Salary

Human Resources Officers (2x)

Operations Support Command

Either/or:
  • Relevant Diploma Level 5/6 Tonga National Qualifications and Accreditation Board (TNQAB) framework + up to 3 years’ relevant work experience.
  • Relevant certificate level 4/trade/technical qualification + 3 years’ relevant work experience.
  • Current Tonga Police employee with 5 years’ experience in a similar role (meeting other core competency and experience requirements specified in the job description + PMS scores of 3 or above for the past 2 consecutive years).

Salary Range: ($22,133- $33,194)

Starting point to commensurate with the qualification and experience brought to the role.

Assets &Facilities Manager

Operations Support Command

Either/or:
  • Relevant postgraduate qualification (TNQAB Framework Level 8+) with 2 years of direct work experience in Assets &  Facilities Management
  • Relevant degree + 3 years of direct work experience in Assets & Facilities Management
  • Knowledge & understanding of Tonga Police’s operational environment would be an advantage.
  • Relevant Degree: Project Management, Facility Management, Business Management, Business Administration, Information System Management, Operations Management, Commerce, Engineering and Architectural.

Salary Range ($34,342 - $51,511)

Starting point to commensurate with the qualification and experience brought to the role.
