A Green Climate Fund (GCF) Pacific Structured Dialogue attended by 140 regional delegates is being held in Nuku’alofa from July 18-21, to help Pacific countries access climate financing.

Dame Meg Taylor - PIFS S/G the first woman to hold that position, and long term friend of Tonga and other Pacific Islanda - should have been in the front row. For diplomacy, long standing relationships and other criteria. Looking forward to learning more about the FUND and how NGO's and CiVil Society Organisations can access this Fund. Unfortunately, it was not clear from your article, the follow up and other obstacles that need to be addressed. Malo
