Tongan muscles were on display at the Mr Tonga bodybuilding competition on Friday, September 5.
The popular annual event held at the Queen Salote Memorial Hall featured local and New Zealand-based Tongan bodybuilders across various weight categories.
The winner of the open competition and the ultimate Mr Tonga crown went to a small yet bulky Benjamin Tu'ipulotu from Auckland, New Zealand.
