Justice Robert Shuster has his final day on the bench today, May 7 after being a judge of the Supreme Court of Tonga during the past four years, and have presided over 800 cases.

It is, I think, quite
It is, I think, quite difficult for a judge to assert he has been fair when the court of appeal have overturned most of his judgements and corrected his work for the whole of the time he was a judge.
