Senior Employment Officer

Employment Overseas Division

Band K ($23,520 - $35,280)

In charge of all aspects of Australia Seasonal Work Programme (SWP) administration under the MOU between the Government of Tonga and Government of Australia in a manner that upholds the integrity and reputation of the Government of Tonga and Ministry of Internal Affairs as a preferred source of seasonal workers.

  • A Bachelor degree in public administration, business administration, public policy, management or related field from a recognised tertiary institution.
  • Must have worked for at least 3 years at Senior level in the Public Service.

Assistant Secretary

Local Government and Community Development Division

Band L ($19,490 - $29,230)

Communication, information management and partnerships

  • Bachelor Degree in History, Political Science, Management Science or related field from a recognised University.
  • Some experience is desirable but not necessary.
