Public Notice Pursuant to Section 29(4) of the Companies Act No.14 of 1995

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Capital Insurance Tonga Ltd. has changed its company name to TISA Insurance (Tonga) Limited on 27 November 2025 as part of the Company’s rebranding initiative.

Pursuant to section 27(4)(a)(b) of the Companies Act 1995, this change of name is effective from 19 February 2026 and does not affect the Company’s rights or obligations, or legal proceedings by or against the Company.

All future dealings, correspondence, and documentation should be addressed to TISA Insurance (Tonga) Ltd.
