Acting Prime Minister Hon. Dr. Taniela Fusimalohi held a bilateral meeting with Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Fiji today, at St. George Government Building in Nuku'alofa.

DPM Hon. Kamikamica, the Minister for Trade, Co-operatives, Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises, and Communication of Fiji, led a Fiji Business delegation for the Tonga Business Mission 2025 that is being held this week in Nuku'alofa.

His visit "provided an opportunity to strengthen the enduring friendship between Fiji and Tonga," Prime Minister's Press stated.

"The leaders exchanged views on matters of common interest, including enhancing cooperation in trade, agriculture, and aviation, and reaffirmed their commitment to deepening collaboration for the mutual benefit of both nations and the region."
