Tropical Cyclone Judy cat.2, not likely to hit Tonga

Tropical Cyclone Judy which has strengthened into a category 2 tropical cyclone and bearing down on Vanuatu, is not likely to pose any direct threat to Tonga, advises the Tonga Meteorological Services.
