Accused acquitted in Te'ekiu cocaine case

Talikivaha Palei Posoni was acquitted of possessing cocaine at Te'ekiu, after a Supreme Court judge found that the evidence was insufficient to prove beyond reasonable doubt the offence. There were discrepancies in the evidence because the analyst's report about the substance she received did not match the substance found by police at the accused's house.

I personally think drugs
I personally think drugs should be more a medical problem than a criminal one, but hopefully we can figure out a way to get the investigations right. Everyone is innocent until proven guilty in court, so gotta get the facts, evidence and procedures in order before accusing someone for breaking the law. Just to keep the system fair for everyone.
