Mass dog de-sexing program to start in March

Around 70-80% of the estimated 1,598 dogs residing on the Northwestern tip of Tongatapu will be de-sexed starting on 23 March, under a new “Project Kuli” program organized by the South Pacific Animal Welfare (SPAW).
