Cultural heritage provides authentic tourism experiences

South Pacific Tourism Organisation CEO Christopher Cocker, who led the Pacific Islands delegation at the 3rd World Indigenous Tourism Alliance (WITS) and Research Symposium in New Zealand recently, said the forum provided a space for indigenous peoples to learn about the challenges faced by their communities and the value of cultural heritage in providing authentic tourism experiences.
