Woman breaks arm in road celebrations

A 30 year-old woman, who was sitting on the back of a utility van, broke her arm after she fell on the road at Pea, when a group of men threw water at her passing vehicle during celebrations on the roads for the Mate Ma’a Tonga win over Lebanon in a Rugby League World Cup match on November 18.
