There is a real need to check
There is a real need to check how the Police handles these matters. Where do they take the cannabis plants? Are the plants destroyed? Who is in charge of its destruction? We have to make sure the Police is not part of the problem. For this man to be able to plant this much cannabis means that there are suppliers of the stuff in Tonga. We probably need to check outer islands and even the uninhabited islands around Tongatapu, even Ha'apai and Vava'u, because this discovery may be the tip of the iceberg in relation to the availability of cannabis in Tonga.
