Court dismisses application by CEO to stay investigation

The Tonga Supreme Court has dismissed a civil application made by Rizvi Jurangpathy, CEO of the Tonga Communications Corporation (TCC) who was seeking an interim stay of an investigation by the Public Relations Commission.
