Extradited American in California court on wire fraud

Antone Thomas Pedras also known as Chris Pedras (64) appeared in a United States District Court, Central California District on 3 October charged with federal investment fraud after being extradited from Tonga on 28 September, escorted by three U.SÂ Marshals.
