Tonga and China sign mutual visa exemption

Ciitizens from Tonga and China are to be exempted from visa requirements for entry into, from or transit through the territories of the other for short stays, under an agreement that was signed today, and to be implemented soon.

What advantage is this agreement to the people of Tonga? How many Tongans are likely to make a trip to China? More worryingly how many Chinese will come to Tonga? Are there any quotas? What mechanisms have been put in place to prevent undesirables entering the country? Ennenda.
