“Let us not fail our people and the future of humanity,”- Solomon Islands at COP21
Tuesday, December 8, 2015 - 10:45
Before it has even been agreed upon, the world is already failing the current proposal for the new Climate Change agreement to reduce global warming to 2 degrees Celsius. While the Pacific islands call for the parties to the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change (UNFCCC), to limit global warming to below 1.5 degrees, the reality is the combination of all national pledges now on the table takes it to over 3 degrees Celsius. - SPREP

Oh come on mate really?
Oh come on mate really? sounds like you think people follow this initiative without having to think about it.
You said "Mole ke mama'o ha fo'i tokotaha tene 'ilo pe na'e 'analaiso fefe'i 'ehe kau saianisi 'o ma'u ai 'a e COP21"
Really? credibility of any scientific studies (climate change, cancer, technology advancement, modern warfare etc) goes through peer review, committee review etc before it being published. This mean related expert in those areas, academia, industry etc must analyse the credibility of the methodologies, data, analysis and outcome drawn based on previous and current study to test its credibility. These are the normal procedures for any studies in all other areas from health, economic, social development etc.
"Ko e kau saianisi pe 'oku nau fai 'a e ngaahi fakamatala ni pea mo 'ilo 'a hono mo'onii pea nau toki fa'oaki; leva 'a e me'a ni 'i he ngutu 'o e kakai 'oku hala 'ataa ha'anu 'ilo pe misi pe 'oku mo'oni pe ta'emo'oni 'a e me'a koia"
Scientist is not the only one, academia, NGOs, government, private sectors, industries, family and friends and those who study these areas also informed others about climate change. There are numbers of fresh graduates in the Pacific who studied or currently study climate change to understand what these scientists conducted. They decide for themselves if this is true, not the scientist. Even those who don't have the luxury of a proper education like myself, koe alu ataata pe ki 'uta, we do read and decide for ourselves, I don't think people follow blindly like you mentioned.
Ko e 'let us not fail our people and the future of humanity' ko hono 'uhingaa ke ako'i e kakai mo e fanau ke nau mo'ui fakamolale, mo'ui faka-Kalisitiane, fetoka'i'aki, pea nau tu'u 'o ngaue honau nima ke nau mo'ui ai mo honau ngaahi famili
Yes that is true but how do you know that they are not doing what you mentioned? Christianity is the foundation of every Pacific islands and it shaped who we are today. I believe that part of being a Christian is helping each others without hesitation and helping them to help themselves. Yes, this is what we are doing at the moment, i do believe in Human-induce impact that speed up Climate Change impact But I don't waste my time preaching if this is real or not. What is at stake is the lives of Tongans and the impact that is evident now. How do help them is the priority. Here in the Pacific Islands we are working as hard as we can to cater for our family But we can only do much with the resources we have in hand. This is why we seek the support of Developed Nations, is that bad? You tell me.
