I think though it's normal
I think though it's normal for when a new Government comes to power to push in their own new ideas, it would probably be "abnormal" if the new Government did not - otherwise they'd be accused of not really making any changes, which would’ve been the main reason why they were elected. If the Ministers can somehow draw on the knowledge of his experienced and knowledgeable staff the better, but I think it goes both ways, the Minister's staff will also need to realize that Ministers have to answer to their voters, who place a lot of expectations on them through their vote. Personal disputes or disagreements or the Minister being unpopular inside the ministry is not really important for something to be petitioned for. What I think we should focus on is the specifics.
On dismissing a Minister, I think it is a very big ask from petitioners to His Majesty asking him to dismiss a Minister or PM (elected by the people). It may be in his power to do so but because of the consequences it almost makes the petitioners look bad for making such a big ask. If, say, HM dismisses the Minister or PM, it is a very serious thing. People overseas and some of us here may see it as democracy under threat. Not only that, people might ask questions about the past, and ask why weren't those ministers in the past were dismissed etc. I respect and adore our King and Queen and because of that I would not have asked them to do something that may be unfair to them and to us voters.
We have parliament to fight these battles and we have the power of the vote. If the King can dismiss a PM it should be because of an extraordinary reason, like if the PM is trying to incite a war with a neighbour. For whatever reason the reason must be extraordinary.
Actually, it is simple and
Actually, it is simple and clear. The PM is not fit educationally to be the Minister of Education. He needs to be the PM only and step down from the Minister position in the Education department. It is that simple! He is a power-hunger individual with years of criticizing the government and the Royal family earn him votes but not the brains to do the work of education. There is no shame in him having to step down and hire highly qualified people who apply to be the Minister of Education. 'Oua 'e piki 'a feke he lakanga Minisita Ako he 'oku 'ikai koe me'a ia 'ene kui! Problem solved without having the King to be involved.
