Tonga sat for the first time this year on a 33-member Council of the International Seabed Authority after being elected last year for a four-year term.

best to clean up the land
Best to clean up the land first, I was at two beautiful beaches today in Tonga and both were disgusting, pooed nappies and food containers everywhere, bottles and cans and more, so disgusting to be given such a beautiful country and trash it, coming back into town the kids walking home from school were dropping all their wrapping papers on the ground, just a hopeless situation. How dare people leave things like pooed nappies behind at beaches, clean the land up, it's screaming at at you to do so......
