Police hunt rapist robbers

The Tonga Police are hunting four to five male suspects who broke into a home in Sopu early this morning and tied up the occupant, a woman in her 40's who was home alone. One of the men is alleged to have raped the woman during the robbery.

The WCCC has recorded a steady increase of sexual violations being reported to the centre this year. I think we’re just scratching the surface in terms of sexual violations, especially among women and girls.
