Tonga's recognition of Kosovo not confirmed

Tonga is reported to have officially recognized the independence of Kosovo, according to a post made by Kosovo Prime Minister Hashim Thaçi on a Facebook social media page this month. However, there has been no official statement from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Trade in Nuku'alofa.
