Former Attorney General takes action against Government of Tonga

The Supreme Court in Nuku‘alofa will hear three Causes of Action filed by John Cauchi, against the Government of Tonga on November 19-21, 2013. Cauchi, Tonga’s former Attorney General, is claiming over AUD$500,000 in special damages and relief.
