TCC announces S$1.7m profit in successful year

The Tonga Communications Corporation (TCC) announced a net profit of T$1.7 million for the last financial year for 2011-12 and will pay the government a 25% dividend.

Pity they can't spend some of
Pity they can't spend some of that profit on some more qualified staff. Clearly they are overworked. Two days without internet access (again recently) for an accommodation business in this age is unacceptable- especially in the light of the arrival of the new fibre-optic cable. Faster internet is no good if you're not connected.
