Magistrate dismisses MP's allegations against Tongasat and others

A Nuku'alofa Magistrate has ruled there was no case to answer in accusations made against Tonga's Prime Minister Lord Tu'ivakano, the Minister of Justice Hon Clive Edwards, and a Tongan company Tongasat, headed by HRH Princess Pilolevu Tuita, who appeared before the court last week.

I reckon it is time the heads
I reckon it is time the heads of specific members of our parliamentarians be checked for capacity and validity. Same goes for the officers who file proceedings of hopeless cases like these. A normal complaint should start with the police who should check the facts first for any case before filing a proceeding hoooi.
