Tonga is colonised by aid. It can stand on its own two feet if the government and the administration are efficient and effective. Efficient and effective are difficult to implement as they need someone who knows what he or she is doing. None of the people in government or in Parliament are capable of running an efficient and effective government. What is the solution? The answer is to put the people who are capable of doing the jobs efficiently and effectively in government. People who have policies and they have vision where they want to take the Kingdom to.
