Tonga Seabed Minerals Bill to go to parliament this year

A Tonga Seabed Minerals Bill 2012 is expected to be introduced to Tonga's Parliament in July-August this year and Tonga's Attorney General hopes that the bill will be available for public comment before it is finalized.
