The South Pacific Kingdom of Tonga launched an ambitious Rugby World Cup competition to find "Rugby's Maddest Fan" in the world and features its own dedicated website. The site features videos submitted by rugby fans from around the globe, each vying for the title of the World's No 1 Rugby Fan. - Tourism Tonga.
