Editor,

My statistic of 4% civil servant was questioned. It was argued that 4% civil servants feed and cared for their families, relatives and extended families thus the percentage should be higher than 50%. Argument was that each civil servant feeds about 15 people. 15 mulitplied by 4,000 would be about 60,000 people therefore the percentage represented by Civil Servant would be around 60% (60,000/100000) or more. This is an excellent argument but let me say that FEEDING is different from VOICE.

What I saw was that PSA was a mirror image of Government. Where is People's Voice - the other 96%? Grateful for any comments.
