Disappointing news - Henry
Disappointing news - Henry and Palu Schaumkel:
I have read this with a sad heart. I thought Fly Niu was great when I used it to fly to Vava‘u back in July. They were professional, quick and just a wonderful staff not to mention Safe. I am only writing this because my husband pushed me to. He just can't believe that the only carrier in Tonga that is actually FAA regulated can allowed to be shut down. I have worked for the airline industry for about 12 years now and have flown everywhere from Europe, Asia, South America and the South Pacific. I had a terrible experience with the Air New Zealand staff in Nuku'alofa airport - I could go on for days. But the real reason my husband and I would like to write is just to pass on what a terrible loss it will be to travelers and very inconvenient. - Henry and Palu Schaumkel
