Tongatapu’s Free Wesleyan Church Schools dominated the medals tally for 19 competing schools in the 91st Inter Collegiate Athletics Competition, official results confirmed today. Tupou High School had the most medals and Tupou College had the most golds.

On a perfect day for swimming, in bright sunshine and with flat seas, 28 swimmers (17 males and 11 females) took part in the 1.3 kilometer swim and 12 swimmers reached Pangaimotu in less than 30 minutes. They were accompanied by an escort boat and kayaks, starting out from the New Zealand High Commission Compound foreshore on Vuna Road.
