Rugby stars including Taniela Tupou and Lachlan McCaffrey will conduct a ‘Youth in Union’ tour in Tonga from 7-14 October. The tour aims to support young rugby players in Tonga by providing rugby gear and equipment to encourage their continued participation in the sport.

Rugby star, ‘Isitolo Maka, the big number 8 for New Zealand's Otago Highlanders and the All Blacks, said that if the Tongan Rugby Union wanted to develop Tongan rugby then it had to take a professional approach to the game.
