Tongan swimmer Noelani Day (21), a two-time Olympian, is set to compete in the women’s 50m freestyle heat at the Paris 2024 Summer Olympics Games. “Representing your nation is one of the greatest things that you can do, so for me, it's a really big blessing," said Noelani, who hails from Holonga, Tongatapu, and trains in California.

Tonga’s first female Olympic boxer Fe’ofa’aki ‘Epenisa (28) aka Aki, has arrived in France to represent Tonga at the Paris 2024 Olympic Games. She will compete in the women’s 60kg category, on 27 July, 04:18 pm, Paris time (Sunday 28 July, 3:18am, Tonga time). Aki's journey in boxing started in her last year of college in Texas, USA, but boxing is in her Vava'u blood.

College athlete, Maleselo Fukofuka (19) from Tatakamotonga, Tongatapu, is Tonga's only sprinter to qualify and represent Tonga at the Paris 2024 Summer Olympics Games. “I'm thrilled, I put my trust in God and I'm good to go," he said, before leaving for Paris last night.

Tonga will send four athletes to the Paris 2024 Olympic Games. The Tonga Association of Sports and National Olympic Committee (TASANOC) announced the team and officials today. The athletes will compete in three different sports, athletics, boxing, and swimming.
