Tonga will host three primates of the Anglican Church of Aotearoa, New Zealand and Polynesia, this week, on 24-25 November. Archbishop Don Tamihere, Archbishop Philip Richardson, and Archbishop Sione ‘Uluilakepa will chair the Standing Committee of the General Synod held for the first time in Tonga.

The 8th Bishop of the Anglican Diocese of Polynesia, His Grace Archbishop Sione Silonga Uluilakepa will visit Tonga from 25 May to 1 June. He is the third Tongan to hold this position and this is his first visit back home, after being consecrated in Fiji.
