Education and Qualification
  • PHD with at least one-year relevant working experience
  • Master’s Degree with at least 3 years’ experience in a similar role OR at least 5 years relevant working experience
  • Post Graduate Diploma with at least 4 years’ experience in a similar role or at least 6 years relevant working experience
  • Bachelor’s degree with at least 7 years’ experience in a similar role or at least 10 years relevant working experience
Qualifications acceptable for this role must be in Public Policy, Management, Public Administration, Law, Economics, Commerce, Trade, International Relations, Protocol, Political Science or Diplomacy from a recognized educational institution.

3. Principal Assistant Secretary

Corporate Services Department

Education and Qualification
  • Master’s Degree with at least 1 year experience in a similar role OR at least 3 years relevant working experience
  • Post Graduate Diploma with at least 2 years’ experience in a similar role or at least 4 years relevant working experience

5. Senior Accounting Officer

Education and Qualification
  • Relevant degree + up to 3 years’ work experience
  • Relevant diploma + 3 years’ relevant work experience
  • Relevant certificate/trade/technical qualification + 5 years’ experience in a similar role
Current TPS employee with 5 years’ experience in a similar role (meeting other core competency and experience requirements specified in the job description + PMS scores of 3 or above for the past 2 consecutive years)

6. Executive Officer

Education and Qualification
  • Diploma Level 5/ 6 TNQAB framework in relevant field;
  • Certificate level 4/trade/technical qualification + 2 years’ relevant work experience
  • Form 7 or equivalent of Certificate level 3 + 4 years’ relevant work experience
  • PSSC or equivalent of Certificate level 2 + 7 years’ relevant work experience

7. Principal VIP Driver (x2)

Education and Qualification
  • Certificate level 4

  • Form 6 PSSC or equivalent of Certificate level 2 + 4 years’ work experience
