Key Responsibilities:
- Greet passengers with a warm and welcoming demeanor.
- Efficiently handle passenger check-in, including baggage handling and issuing boarding passes.
- Provide accurate information regarding flight schedules, delays, and gate changes.
- Assist passengers with special needs, such as unaccompanied minors, elderly travelers, and those requiring additional assistance.
- Ensure compliance with airline policies, safety regulations, and security procedures.
- Address and resolve any passenger queries or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Work collaboratively with other team members to maintain smooth and efficient airport operations.
Requirements:
- Form 7 or higher academic achievement.
- Previous customer service experience, preferably in the airline or hospitality industry.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle stressful situations with calmness.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with reservation systems are an advantage.
- Must be able to stand for extended periods and handle luggage as required.
