Positions Minimum Requirements Remuneration
Receptionist
  • Diploma in Business Studies, Office Administration/Management, or related field with no working experience
  • Certificate Level 4 in Office Administration/Management, Business Studies, Information Technology, Tourism & Hospitality, or any other related field with at least 1-year relevant working experience
 Band N, ranging from $13,500 - $20,000
Security Guard
  • Proven Secondary School Education with at least 1-2 years of relevant working experience in port security or related areas.
 Band Q, ranging from $10,000 - $15,000
Assistant Audit Officer
  • Diploma in Accounting, Finance, Business, Quality Management, or related field.
  • At least 1-2 years’ experience in auditing, compliance, or quality management or relevant working experience
Desirable
  • Knowledge on ISO 9001, 14001, 45001 standards, auditing concepts, and risk management principles.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, data entry, documentation, report writing, attention to detail, effective communication, professional growth mindset.
 Band M, ranging from $17,000 - $26,000
Accounting Officer – Receivable
  • Diploma in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field with no working experience.
  • Certificate Level 4 in Accounting, Finance, Business Studies, or a related field with at-least 1-year working experience in accounts payable, finance, or a related field.

Desirable

  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices related to payable management.
  • Proficiency in using Financial Management Systems (FMS) and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
 Band N, ranging from $13,500 - $20,000
AB Engine (Hifofua/Fanga’ilifuka)
  • Marine Class 4 Engineer
  • Working experience as an AB Engine for at least 3 years
  • 5 years of work experience on related areas
 Band N, ranging from $13,500 - $20,000
Wharf Sweeper Operator
  • Minimum of Form 6 (PSSC Certificate) or equivalent with at least 3 years of relevant work experience in cleaning, facility maintenance, or general labor duties, preferably in a port industry of public environment or related areas.
 Band N, ranging from $13,500 - $20,000
Wharf Cleaner (Female Cleaner)
  • Proven Secondary School Education with at least 1-2 years of relevant working experience in cleaning, facility maintenance, or general labor duties, preferably in a port industry or public environment.
 Band Q, ranging from $10,000 - $15,000
