1. Finance Manager
An exciting and challenging opportunity exists for a commercially focused Finance Manager to join our small team on a permanent basis.
The preferred applicant will be a degree holder with strong management and financial reporting experience. Being a member of a professional accounting association will be an advantage. Must be a proficient user of Quickbooks and Excel spreadsheets with a solid understanding of financial and accounting principles. Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills and a working knowledge of all relevant statutory legislation and regulations will also be an advantage.
Responsibility:
- Creating Economic models
- Analyzing market trends -Preparing budgets
- Ensuring compliance with Financial regulations
- Providing advice on company financial and investments decisions
- Producing long term business plans based on company data
- Implementing reporting processes to minimize financial risk.
- Oversee the financial operations of an organization.
We are looking for someone with strong management and financial reporting experience with at least 7 years combined accounting and finance experience. This role would suit someone who is driven, detailed, proactive and committed to adding true value to the finance function and driving efficiencies.

Tonga Cable Ltd (TCL) is looking for two motivated and skilled Network Engineers to help manage and maintain our national and international submarine cable systems. If you're passionate about network technology and want to play a role in keeping Tonga connected, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Install, configure, and support LAN/WAN infrastructure
- Manage routers, switches, and firewalls
- Monitor network health and respond to alerts
- Maintain critical servers and backup systems
- Document configurations and incident resolutions
- Collaborate to ensure secure and reliable connectivity
What You Need:
- Degree in Networking, Telecommunications, or related field
- Network certifications are a plus
- Experience with routers, switches, firewalls
- Familiarity with TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, MPLS, etc.
- 1+ year in telecom/ISP environments preferred
- Knowledge of server and backup management
