1.

Senior Asset & Facilities Officer
(Senior Admin)

Operations Support Division

Either / Or

  • Relevant postgraduate qualification (Level 8 TNQAB framework) + at least 1 year experience in a similar role
  • Relevant degree + 2 years in similar role or 4 years of relevant work experience.
  • Relevant diploma + 4 years in similar role or 10 years of relevant work experience.
  • Current Public Service or private sector employee with 5 years’ experience in a similar role
  • Knowledge and understanding of Tonga Police’s operational environmental would be an advantage.

“Relevant” qualifications for this position include Project Management, Public Administration, Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Commerce or similar from a recognised tertiary institution

Band J

($30,526-$45,788)

Starting salary point to be commensurate with qualifications and experience brought to the role.

Human Resources Manager (Chief Admin)

Operations Support Division

Either/or:

  • Relevant postgraduate qualification (TNQAB Framework Level 8+) with 2 years of experience in a similar role
  • Relevant degree + 3 years in a similar role or 6 years’ relevant work experience
  • Relevant diploma + 6 years in a similar role, or 10 years’ relevant work experience
  • Current Public Service or private sector employee with 7 years’ experience in a similar role
  • Knowledge and understanding of Tonga Police’s operational environment would be an advantage.

“Relevant” qualification for this position includes, Public Administration, Business Administration or Management, Commerce, Human Resources, Employment Relations or similar from a recognized tertiary institution.

 Band I

($34,342-$51,511)

Starting salary point to be commensurate with qualifications and experience brought to the role.
