Position Responsibility Principal Duties Qualifications and Experience Remuneration
After Hour Phone Operator The After Hour Phone Operator is responsible directly to the Chief Executive Officer reporting through the Customer Service Manager for performing the After-Hours Phone Operation duties.
  1. Record all customer complaints and direct calls to the relevant personnel or departments.
  2. Maintain a record of customer inquiries and transactions.
  3. Follow communication procedures and guidelines.
  4. Submit a daily report of customer complaints to the Customer Service Manager.
  5. Guarantee customer satisfaction by offering precise information promptly.
  6. Perform any other duties that may be assigned by the CEO/Supervisors when required.
Minimum qualification is a Tonga School Certificate with at least one year work experience in a related field. Remuneration will be based on qualification and experience.
Production Operator 2x The Production Operator is responsible directly to the Chief Executive Officer reporting through the Engineering Manager for conducting daily inspections of water pumps and production facilities.
  1. Maintain records of water reservoir levels, water pressure, pumps, etc.
  2. Keep all buildings and work areas clean.
  3. Conduct routine pump inspections during shift hours and report any issues to the immediate supervisor.
  4. Ensure all board tools and equipment are well maintained.
  5. Observe and inspect all water plants for any unusual occurrences.
  6. Follow and enforce all safety measures on site.
  7. Carry out any additional duties as assigned by the CEO/Supervisors when necessary.
Minimum qualification is a Tonga School Certificate with at least one year work experience in a related field. Remuneration will be based on qualification and experience.
Auto Mechanic The Auto Mechanic is directly responsible to the Chief Executive Officer reporting through the Engineering Manager in providing repair and maintenance for board vehicles.
  1. Collaborating with the Principal Production Officer and the mechanic team to diagnose and repair vehicle mechanical components.
  2. Conducting inspections and diagnostic tests on vehicles to identify problems and determine the necessary repairs or replacements.
  3. Ensuring preventative maintenance of vehicles, including oil changes, fluid flushes and replacements, and brake replacements.
  4. Repairing vehicle body damage and undertaking tasks such as washing and painting the vehicle's exterior.
  5. Creating repair timelines and estimates, and discussing repair options with clients.
  6. Inspecting internal systems and controls to confirm proper vehicle operation and compliance with state regulations.
  7. Keeping precise records of clients, their vehicles, parts used, and service history.
  8. Utilising shop equipment according to instructions, and carrying out regular maintenance and necessary repairs.
  9. Engaging in learning opportunities to update job knowledge and technical  skills.
  10. Performing any additional duties as assigned by the CEO or Supervisors.
Must hold a Certificate in Auto Mechanics with at least two years` experience in a related field. Remuneration will be based on qualification and experience.
Assistant Driller The Assistant Driller is responsible directly to the Chief Executive Officer reporting through the Engineering Manager in carrying out drilling service duties.
  1. Assist the Drilling Team Leader in operating the rig and equipment, ensuring the safe use of all drilling machinery.
  2. Ensure that all duties assigned by the Drilling Team Leader are executed safely and effectively.
  3. Attendance and participation in all mandatory safety meetings and drills are required.
  4. Reporting all accidents, incidents, and near misses to immediate supervisor.
  5. Delegating daily tasks to team members and ensuring that all assigned projects are completed.
  6. Regularly inspect the rig and equipment to ensure they are operating correctly, and promptly report any concerns or irregularities to the supervisor.
  7. Demonstrate safe work practices and be a role model for fellow team members.
  8. Offer guidance to team members when they are not performing a task correctly.
  9. Ensure the availability of Personal Protective Equipment for each team member.
  10. Carry out additional responsibilities as assigned by the CEO or Supervisors.
Must hold a Trade Certificate in Auto Mechanic or a related field with at least 2 years working experience. Remuneration will be based on qualification and experience.
