Frustrations rise over subsidized foreign fishing fleets in Pacific

Greenpeace and the Pacific Islands Tuna Industry Association (PITIA) have criticized Pacific Island governments for allowing subsidized distant-water fishing fleets to fish in Pacific Islands waters.
