I congratulate Chief Justice Anthony Ford on his decision in ordering first time offenders to do community work and cleaning up/picking up the rubbish along the waterfront in Nuku'alofa.
When I was back in Nuku'alofa after a 17 years absence in Oct/Nov I noticed the rubbish and it made me sad. I'm sure the must be other types of community work that the first time offenders can do as well.
