Tourism Minister's termination of TTA board appointments ruled unlawful

The Supreme Court of Tonga has ruled that the Minister of Tourism and Infrastructure Hon. Semisi Sika acted mistakenly and unlawfully when he terminated the appointments of five Board directors of the Tonga Tourism Authority on 17 June this year.
