Congratulation to you Joleen Mataele for being nominated to the 2016 International Women of Courage Award. The recognition you received from the United States Secretary of States, and internationally deserved praises and acknowledgements. We are so proud of you. Your advocacy in Tonga for strengthening of LGBTQ power, for lifestyle changes, improvements on education and training, fight for equality, and outstanding bravery to stand up for what is right in a Christian Nation. It is not an easy task to identify common goals of equality and rights of humans to choose their own sexual preference. Thank you for the distinguish and continuous activism of the LGBTQ in Tonga, and promotion of safe sex something in my opinion should be embraced by many Tongan churches. Furthermore, you deserve the “Ambassador of the World Award” bestowed upon you by me and your other international friends.
