Vava'u airport upgrade for international flights

It's long overdue and the tourism sector should be grateful. The Nadi connection will make Vava'u more accessible, cheaper and a unique add-on for the thousands of visitors to Fiji. If this government can cherry-pick on key projects like this, which has long been obvious but have been parked for no obvious reasons, they will put some early runs on the board and build a decent innings over the next three years. But the tourism sector will need to move up a gear or two in preparation for the inevitable influx.
