fill the following positions for our Nuku’alofa & Vava'u Branch

Teller x1

Nukuálofa

About the Role:

  • The role is primarily responsible for processing deposits, withdrawals and
    assist customers with banking transactions. Ensure processes and procedures are adhered to,
    to minimize losses and provide support for sales activities through cross-selling over the counter.

Key Deliverables:

  • Provide efficient and quality service to customers.
  • Balance cash holding daily.
  • Ensure that cash limit is adhered to at all times.
  • Ensure that End of Day cash is balanced daily.
  • Ensure that all vouchers are accounted for and maintain team work.
  • Cross sell banks products and services.
  • Maintain Cash Security procedures at all times.
  • Ensure that customer confidentiality is maintained.
Essential Qualifications, Professional/Skills and Experience:
  • Minimum Form 6 or 7 Certificate.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Applications.
  • Excellent standard of verbal and written skills.
  • Able to work in a team environment.
  • Willingness to be multi-skilled.
  • Excellent customer service.

About the Role:

  • The role is primarily responsible for delivering great customer experience,
    ensuring high standards of cleanliness are maintained within the branch and surrounding.

Key Deliverables:

  • Provide efficient and quality service to customers.
  • Conduct morning checks of premises.
  • Actively conduct customer’s registration.
  • Ensure that customer confidentiality is maintained.
  • Carry out other duties assigned by Line Manager.

Essential Qualifications,,Professional/Skills and Experience:

  • Minimum Form 6 or 7 Certificate.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Applications.
  • Excellent standard of verbal and written skills.
  • Able to work in a team environmePolice Record
