1. Assets and Facilities Officer

Corporate Services

 Either / Or:
  • Relevant Diploma Level 5/6 TNQAB framework + up to 3 years relevant work experience
  • Relevant certificate level 4/trade/technical qualification + 3 years relevant work experience
  • Current TPS employee with 5 years' experience in a similar role (meeting other core competency and experience requirements specified in the job description + PMS scores of 3 or above for the past 2 consecutive years.

Band L
(21,079 - $31,612)

Starting salary point to be commensurate with qualifications and experience brought to the role.

2. Human Resources Officer

Operations Support Command

 Either/or:
  • Relevant degree + up to 3 years’ work experience
  • Relevant diploma + 3 years relevant work experience
  • Relevant certificate/trade/technical qualification + 5 years' experience in a similar role
  • Current TPS employee with 5 years' experience in a similar role (meeting other core competency and experience requirements specified in the job description + PMS scores 3 or above for the past 2 consecutive years)
  • Knowledge and understanding of Tonga Police’s operational environment would be an advantage. “Relevant” qualifications for this position include Human Resources Management, Public Administration, Business Administration, Business Psychology, Industrial or Employment Relations, Commerce, Public Policy, or similar from a recognized tertiary institution.

Band L
