Job Vacancy For: Quality Assurance Administrator
Air Terminal Services, the sole ground handling company in Tonga, is looking for an experienced Quality Assurance Administrator to join the team based in Fua’amotu International Airport.
As a Quality Assurance Administrator, you will support the wider team who are on site across the islands of Tongatapu, Vava’u, Ha’apai, ‘Eua and the Niuas by monitoring and qualifying these sites to ensure they comply with the International Civil Aviation regulations (ICAO).
This is a newly created role, so you will need to join with an open mind and ability to provide insight and direction with how the role will be shaped and develop moving forward.
Your Responsibilities will include:
- Supporting the field team with report writing and document control to ensure compliance with the IATA Ground Operations standards.
- Conduct regular audits and inspections of the ATS ground operations for its client airlines.
- Interpret data and produce reports about a site's compliance with legislation, with a view to achieving successful certification.
- Transcribe documents and proofread, issue, and quality check documentation and reports.
- Provide general office administration duties and audio dictation.
- Work with the ATS team in preparing for the IATA (International Safety Audit for Ground Operations (ISAGO) accreditation.
Skills and Experience required:
- A Diploma in Quality Assurance is preferred however a Certificate in Quality Assurance is also accepted.
- Office experience is necessary and beneficial however at least 5 years’ experience in the Airlines and Quality Assurance is essential.
- Self-motivated and driven with an exceptional eye for detail.
- Confident communicator, able to build and maintain relationships with all members of staff in the Aviation industry.
- Organized and efficient with strong attention to detail.
- Excellent spelling, grammar, and communication skills.
