The ‘Ikale Tahi was victorious against the Queensland Reds, scoring multiple back-to-back tries at Teufaiva Stadium today, 15 August 2025.
QLD Reds’ Trevor King scored the first try of the match with Harry Phillips kicking in the first goal bringing the score to 7-0.
However, ‘Ikale Tahi quickly bounced back with three amazing back-to-back tries bringing the score to 19-7 right before half-time.
‘Ikale Tahi continued their winning streak in the second half while the Reds tried to keep up.
However, ‘Ikale Tahi walked out the field as the victors in this year's match, with a score of 38-19 against the Reds.

The tour is part of the ongoing support of Tongan rugby by the Australian Government, Rugby Australia, and the Reds through the PacificAus Sports-funded Australia-Pacific Rugby Union Partnership (APRUP).,/p>
